"What kind of accommodation I will stay in?”

We try to choose hotels near the sites where the pilots will fly so that it is provided comfort, tranquillity and safety to them.
If the group decide to go to another hotel, that´s no problem at all. We will only calculate the differences between the hotel daily rates and if it costs more the pilot should pay for this difference.

“What should I do to have these services?“

Please, send a e-mail to us informing us how many people will come and when the group will arrive, after that we will send you a file that has all information you need.

“How can I pay for that?”
After you get all information about the tour and you have no more doubts about it, it is necessary to pay 40% of the total amount deposit and the remainder can be paid on arrival.

“What kind of vehicles are used for transportation?”
For a general transportation we have a Mercedes Benz van with a trailer, a Kia Motors van and a Renault Scenic station wagon. All cars are equipded with radios so that the group will have a better communication.

"What are the advantages of contracting a tour agency for a fly tour?"
The greatest advantage of having a tour agency taking care of all your trip is that you don´t have to worry about anything such as transportation, lodging, retrieval, insurance etc... so that the pilot will have time and tranquillity to concentrate and take advantage of his flight with all comfort and safety.

“What does the international insurance covers ?”
The kind of insurance that you will have covers:
accidental death;
invalidism;
medical, Pharmaceutical and odontological assistance;
legal assistance and death repatriation.
Obviously we really don´t want you to use any of these services but it is very important and we couldn´t let our customers without them.
