Almir Poltronieri: Instruction and retrieval. University degree in physical education. He has been a paraglider pilot for 8 years and two years been an instructor. He is the team right-hand man. He is in charge of transportation and retrieval.
Ari Rosa: Manager and Instructor. ABVL(Associação Brasileira de Vôo Livre) and ABP(Associação Brasileira de Parapente) certified instructor. University degree in business administration. He has worked in sporting marketing for 10 years and he is founder of VORTEX. He is in charge of instruction, logistic and attendance on foreign pilots.
Saimonton Medeiros: Interpreter and hang glider pilot. Hang IV, ABVL certified hang glider instructor pilot. He has been a hang glider pilot for nearly 20 years. English teacher. He worked at Delta Wing kites and gliders in the USA. The only pilot from Espírito Santo state that took part in “Red Bull Giants of Rio” event.
