Alfredo Chaves City– Cachoeira alta take off.

This is the most popular place for flying in Espírito Santo.
It has a very good infrastructure: Restaurant, bar, hotel, camping, 4 x 4 vehicle transport to take off, all facilities are near the landing area.
This is an excellent place for beginners and it is a good site for cross county flights too.
It is sometimes possible to land at the beach in a 20 km flight.

Baixo Guandu City – Monjolo take off.

Located in the north of the state of Espírito Santo.
It is near the border of Minas Gerais.
It has almost the same flight condition of Governador Valadares, adding a little more wind that helps in a Cross Country flight.

Castelo City– Ubá take off.

Many pilots from Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro often go to Castelo.
It is an extraordinary place for local and cross country flights, besides It is known all over Brazil for its beauty.

Brazilian Paragliding Championship in Castelo (Ubá) - ES

It was held in Castelo (Ubá) – ES from May 15 to May 21 the Brazilian Paragliding Championship.
It was made some improvements at the take off so that it gives more comfort to the pilots and friends who go there.
It is possible to take off 4 pilots at the same time.

Governador Valadares City – Pico do Ibituruna take-off.
It is very well known worldwide.
Hundreds of pilots from all over the world “overrun” Valadares in the summer.
Everybody goes there looking for huge and easy to fly thermals. It is an excellent place for cross country flights, easy retrieval and good accommodation.

Morro do Moreno

Last saturday september 24th, it was a very good day to go to the beach and the flight condition was terrific at "Morro do Moreno" (Moreno hill). Perfect wind speed and several thermals. Check it out below some of the pictures on these beautiful day of flying

Pancas City – Clementino izoton take-off.

Located in the northwest of the state of Espírito Santo. 190 km from Vitória (capital of Espírito Santo).
It is a mountainous place and the city is surrounded by a unique mountain ridge.
Hot climate in lower altitudes, cold and dry as we reach higher altitudes makes it a wonderful place for long distance flights.

Vila Valério City – Veinho take off.

Located in the north of the state, 230 km from Vitória ( capital of Espírito Santo).
In spite of having a low take off (300 AGL), It´s very good for XC flights due to big and nice thermals and the local wind allow pilots to have long and fast flights.
It is a private place located at Veinho´s farm. Veinho is a very friendly man and the owner.
